ELIGIBILITY
Our sessions are open to compulsory school-aged young people with additional needs. Young people aged 18-25 who have previously attended are welcome to come to sessions as supported volunteers.

We are now Ofsted registered and can provide care to children of Year 1 Primary age and above.
​
Young people who have attended in the last 12 months are given priority for places.
​

***Moor Time sessions are planned with young people with learning disabilities or significant developmental delays in mind. So please be aware that our programme tends to be simple, sensory and low stimulus in nature.***

COSTS

Standard cost: £25 per session

Families with more than one special needs child: £25 per session for first child, £12.50 per session for additional children

Families eligible for free school meals: free with a deposit of £15 per session refundable on attendance

Children who attend with their own DBS-checked PA: £10 per session

Half day sessions - £12.50 per session standard cost, £7 per session for free school meal deposit and children who attend with their own DBS-checked PA.

You can now pay for Moor Time services through your Tax-Free Childcare account, if you have one. Find out more here

If your young person is new to the club and will be coming with their own DBS-checked PA.

Booking form D (short form)
If your young person is aged 18-25 and has attended our clubs previously, and would like a supported volunteer place. Please note your young person aged 18 or over will need to attend with a DBS-checked PA if they require medical interventions or personal care, as we are not CQC registered.
