A track record of working in a special school, respite centre or healthcare setting is a big plus, and we also welcome applications from students who are training in a relevant field like Education, Medicine, Childcare or Health and Social Care.

We welcome job applications and volunteer and work experience enquiries from people with disabilities, and we are a Level 1 Disability Confident employer.

We are a Living Wage employer. We pay a mileage allowance for travel to and from work. We pay extra hours for all training we ask staff to undertake, and we include a free lunch for staff working a full day.
